Positions Currently
Available:
Metal Roof Installer:
Installers of metal roofing, to include screw-down, standing seam, both residential and commercial.
Metal Building Erector:
Both residential and commercial projects.
Laborers:
Performs general labor as directed by installers, foreman, building erectors, superintendents, and other qualified personnel.
Benefits (after 180 days):
Holidays:
Paid starting after three months of continuous employment. These holidays are: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Tools:
Field Crews are required to supply and maintain their own set of hand tools. Tools may be purchased through the company with an authorized payroll deduction.
Health Insurance:
Eligible to enroll. The company pays the employee's premium (dependents are charged to the employee).
Uniforms:
Field and shop crews eligible for company-supplied uniforms.
Benefits (after 1 year):
Vacation:
Eligible for 40 hours paid vacation per year.
Retirement Plan :
Eligible for participation in the Company retirement plan (Simple IRA). The Company matches 3% of your salary, quarterly.
